Currently offering appointments for home office, mobile treatments and appointments may be made through Dr Howard Kirsh and Associates clinic at 386 Wilson ave near Bathurst st

Receipts will be issued for insurance. Appointments at Dr. Howard Kirsh and Associates can be made by phone, call 416-633-7376. Hours are as follows:
Tuesdays 2pm-8pm
Wednesdays 7:30am-noon
Thursdays 2pm-8pm
Fridays 9am-Noon
Saturdays 9am-Noon

Pricing as follows:
30 minute appointment: $50 + tax
45 minute appointment: $65 + tax
60 minute appointment: $75 + tax
90 minute appointment: $115 + tax

Appointments at my home office can be made by phone at 647-308-8302 or by email at soaresrmt@gmail.com. Availability is typically Monday to Friday, all hours I am not scheduled at Dr. Howard Kirsh and Associates. Some weekend availability is available by request. Pricing as follows:
30 minute appointment: $48.67 + tax
45 minute appointment: $61.95 + tax
60 minute appointment: $70.80 + tax
90 minute appointment: $110.62 + tax
