My mama life lately, as I exit the fourth trimester! I thought about not posting this because in the first picture, I look tired and I’m not wearing makeup and my hair isn’t done, but that’s life right now, and I want to be genuine.
Feeling excited to share more as my capacity to share increases. I’ve treasured these special weeks, focusing solely on my little family, b it I am feeling ready to connect and share more again.
🌞Sunny stroller walks in the morning light supporting our energy, mood, fitness goals and sleep rhythms!
🦶Working on getting more steps & rebuilding postpartum fitness. I am aiming for a minimum of 5K steps per day, with a few stroller power walks per week.
💕Contact naps while baby wearing is my new normal, and I’m not mad about it
