With proper nourishment, the body is able to consistently cleanse, repair and maintain ideal function. My consultations are more than helping you know how and what to eat. I look at the big picture. I want to hear about how you are feeling, and address all of your symptoms, and work with you to bring your body back into balance. The body should work synergistically, like a well oiled machine. When

the body has issues, often each part starts working separately – just trying to survive. I strive to get your body working as a whole again, thriving, and in turn get you feeling symptom free. I help clients understand the foundations of nutrition and the body, while incorporating simple practices to gain positive results. Do you have extended health care? Your treatment may be covered! I hold the designations of CNP, RNCP and ROHP that are covered by selected plans offered by some insurance providers. Peace built on everything going your way is a house built on someone else's land.
You can rearrange the schedule, manage the inbox, control the timeline. None of it stops the moment your kid melts down, your boss reschedules, or your flight gets cancelled.

The neuroscience is consistent. Your mind generates roughly 60,000 thoughts a day. Most of them are reactions to what's happening around you. The events themselves are rarely the source of the suffering. The peace you envy in others is internal architecture. Their external life is rarely the variable.

Stability in uncertainty is the most undertrained skill in modern life. It's mind work. It's done in the moments most people consider too small to notice.

Tonight, write down the three things that knocked you sideways this week. Then ask yourself: what was my mind doing in the seconds after each of them happened? That awareness is where the work starts. Directed mental management of those exact moments changes how your mind responds to the next round of pressure.
