Woohoo! The Wildcard Wednesday group BodyTalk session last night had a theme of VITALITY and I am feeling it this morning💥 The last 2 months has been lower than usual energy for me and I feel a wee spark of something having shifted (despite this stupid head cold). Yay for the Light Seekers Series, for the group of 10 of us witnessing a new potential last night, and for starting a new day in the forest with my dog🥰
