Something I didn’t expect when I started teaching Mobility Class…

The changes in my own body.

Since running these classes at Living Skies Strength and Conditioning in Carlyle, I’ve noticed:

• I’m barely sore… even though my physical workload has increased
• I’m calmer throughout the day
• I catch myself taking those deep, involuntary physiological sighs
• My digestion feels happier
• I’m not stuck in rush-mode nearly as often
• My range of motion and flexibility have improved BIG time

This isn’t just stretching.
It’s nervous system regulation.

Mother Nature has other plans tonight. With the road conditions the way they are, I’m cancelling mobility class.

Your safety matters more than perfect attendance.

If you’re stuck inside, light a candle, hop on your foam roller, spend some time on your glutes, low back, and whatever else feels good for you.
We’ll be back atter next week.

Thank you to everyone who took time out of your busy lives to come move, breathe, and take care of your bodies with me tonight. I know evenings are precious, and choosing to show up for yourself means a lot.

Tonight’s class was such a good reminder of why I love teaching mobility! We played with a little partner hamstring work that brought some laughter and connection into the room.

I’m so grateful for this community and for every person who trusts me with their bodies and their time. Nights like this fill my cup.

Thank you for showing up, for trying new things, and for taking care of yourselves🙏

✨ Tonight’s Mobility Class – Last Call ✨

If your body has been feeling stiff, heavy, or just a little “off”… tonight is for you.

This evening’s mobility class is all about:
• loosening tight hips and legs
• gentle soft tissue work
• breathing to downshift your nervous system
• leaving feeling lighter, calmer, and more at ease in your body

I currently have 4 people registered, and the class needs a few more bodies to run. We can hold up to 15 people, so there’s still lots of room if you’ve been on the fence.

If you’ve been craving movement that feels supportive instead of punishing, this is your sign.
Come as you are. No flexibility required. Just a body and a willingness to move gently.

Winter invites us to slow down - even when life doesn't always allow it.
With darker days, colder weather, and busy schedules, it's easy to move through the season feeling disconnected, depleted, or stuck in a winter slump.

Ground & Restore was created as an opportunity to begin the new year with more calm, clarity, and intention - not by adding more to your plate, but by creating space to support your nervous system and overall wellbeing.

Together Dr. Wendy and i will be guiding a four-week meditation series that is both experiential and educational.
You'll be guided through calming meditation practices while also learning how and why meditation supports stress, mood, sleep, digestion, and overall health
- especially during our Saskatchewan winters.

This series is an invitation to make yourself a priority, gently and intentionally.
