One thing that shifted for me during my health journey was how I started looking at everyday exposures.

At first I focused mostly on what I could add to improve my health — nutrition, supplements, protocols.

Those things still matter.

But over time I realized health is also influenced by what surrounds us every day.

Water.
Products on our skin.
Cleaning products in the home.
Fragrance in the air.
The cookware and containers we use daily.

None of this changed overnight.

It became a series of small shifts over time.

Low-tox living isn’t about perfection.

It’s about becoming more aware of what touches your body and surrounds you every day.

Small shifts add up.

If you’re beginning to explore this lifestyle, I created a simple Low-Tox Reset Guide that walks through some of the foundational changes I started with.

When I began shifting toward a low-tox lifestyle, I realized many exposures happen inside our homes not just outside.

Laundry, cleaning products, air, and water quietly shape our daily environment.

The goal isn’t perfection.
Just awareness and making incremental changes over time.

For a long time, I assumed filtered water was enough.

Most of us do.

But when I began learning more about how water functions in the body, I realized there was so much more to it.

Water isn’t just something we drink occasionally.

It’s one of our most consistent daily inputs.

And I’m not just referring to hydration but also cooking, cleaning, food prep, daily beauty and self care.

All the ways we use water in our homes.

After cancer, I became more intentional about the environments and inputs that support my health.

Water was one of the first places I started paying closer attention.

If you’re curious about the system I use and why I chose it, I’ve shared more information through the link in my bio 🔗

Low-tox living isn’t about perfection.

It’s about becoming more aware of the small daily exposures that shape our health over time.

After cancer, I stopped chasing upgrades and started strengthening foundations.

Water.
Daily products.
Home environment.
Stress load.

Not all at once.
But intentionally.

Because small shifts — repeated daily — add up.

If you’re beginning to think more carefully about the environment around you, I created a simple Low-Tox Home Guide to help you start.

My breast cancer was estrogen-positive.

When your cells respond to estrogen, you start thinking differently about what mimics it in your environment.

Endocrine-disrupting chemicals are common — in plastics, fragrance, personal care, pesticides.

Once you understand that, everyday choices shift.

Not from fear.
From awareness.

Reducing exposure isn’t a trend.
It’s a long-term commitment to hormone health.

So I began making cancer-informed lifestyle changes.

I became intentional about:
What goes in my body.
What goes on my body.
What surrounds my body.

Not perfectly —
but consistently.

This space is where I share what I’ve learned.

If you’ve had cancer, you understand.

If you haven’t, you don’t have to wait.

Awareness is where it begins.

Resilience isn’t built in crisis.
It’s built in the quiet, ordinary days no one sees.

Resilience isn’t loud.
It doesn’t perform.
It prepares.

For me, it looks like:

Training before it’s demanded
Nourishing daily
Staying rooted instead of reactive
Regulating first
Hydrating with intention
Protecting my peace
Repeating the basics
Processing instead of pretending

The small, daily decisions shape your capacity far more than the dramatic ones ever will.

I don’t wait for hard seasons.

I build capacity before I need it.

It’s not intensity.
It’s consistency.

Save this for the days you forget.

What is resilience asking of you in this season?

What if loving yourself looks like

• Being mindful of what you consume
• Saying “I love you” first
• Drinking water like your cells matter
• Eating foods that truly nourish
• Moving your body with gratitude, not punishment
• Choosing non-toxic, intentional products
• Being fully present with the people you love
• Growing alongside your children instead of trying to control them

After walking through cancer, I learned self love isn’t vanity, it’s God led responsibility

This body is a temple and this life is a gift.

How will you honour yours?

🤍 Save this as your reminder.
And share which one are you leaning into right now?

Mr. clean? More like Mr. chemical🤮

your home should be a sanctuary…not a chemical lab

these aren’t just cleaning supplies, they’re endocrine disruptors, air pollutants and silent contributors to the fatigue, skin issues, mood swings, “mystery symptoms” so many normalize

this is the part they don’t market

clean low toxic living isn’t about more
it’s about quality, eliminating toxic load & simplifying

1 investment in upgrading your water
…is not just for drinking water alone!!
this is how you can insource + swap out all of these toxic household products with one machine, over 100+ different uses & functions because once you see it, you can’t unsee it 🙅🏽‍♀️
& once you know better, you choose better…for your body, your babies, your future

This is what self-care looks like for me 🤍

Simple. Intentional. Rooted in faith, peace, and how we were created to live.

Which one are you choosing today? 🤍
