When I say that I am blessed…I can assure you it is with my whole heart ♥️

My journey has been filled with laughter, tears, challenges, triumphs and more….

But the best part…is who I get to share it with…all the beautiful souls I have met along the way…their practice is my practice…their challenges are my challenges…their accomplishments…well those belong to them and their consistency and dedication to their health and well-being …

So proud of each and every person who has stepped onto their mat or climbed onto a reformer and allowed me to guide them….our time together is precious 🫶

I’m just happy to be along for the ride….let’s keep moving forward together 🫶♥️😍
