Well…I’m not sure what to say …other than…here we grow again 🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶
Yoga & Pilates with Fran started years ago with a tiny room in my home that fit 3 yoga mats…then I added 1 Pilates reformer…then 2 reformers…and finally landing on 3 reformers ♥️
I believe life is about learning …growth…sharing your knowledge and experience, being yourself and letting your tribe find you …and wow 🤩…did they ever find me ….. and I am so blessed 🫶🙏♥️
Yoga & Pilates has found a home to expand into …offering Mat Pilates and Yoga for our community….I can’t wait to share space with everyone…
Starting off small with curated classes a few days a week… we will grow into the space and create classes that suits everyone’s needs. Yoga & Pilates is for everyone ….
