Good morning, everyone! I have a couple of changes to my availability this week.

I will be closed tomorrow for a wedding, but Meg, Arya & myself should be around in the morning to work out, so if you need something and see us, make sure to let us know!

This year, I am partaking in Movemeber for Men's Health. My goal is to raise $1000.

I am attempting to grow a full beard. All of you know how vocal Meg is about hating facial hair, so let's enjoy the journey together of watching her complain while being supportive.

We are debating that whomever donates the most either gets to shave it all off in a style they choose, or tell us what style to trim it to for a day before it's all taken off!

Let's get a team going with Beast Shakes/Top Dawgs and see how much we can raise as a community!
