Join us for a free Understanding Memory Loss Workshop for the Caregiver on Oct 2 from 1:30-4:00 pm at the Seaway Mall branch of the Welland Public Library. We will discuss dementia and caregiving tips for those caring for someone with memory loss. Community partners will be there with information as well: Alzheimer's Niagara, The Ontario Caregiver Organization, Niagara Region Seniors Programs, Behavioural Supports Ontario, and Happy in My Home.

Please note that the Welland McMaster Family Health Team, Rose City Medical Associates, and Fonthill Family Medical Centre will all be closed on Monday, September 1 for Labour Day. Normal office hours will resume on Tuesday, September 2.

Wednesdays in October from 1:30-3:30 pm at the Fonthill Royal Canadian Legion (141 Hwy 20 E, Fonthill), join our Nurse Practitioner, Dietitian, Pharmacist, and the Occupational Therapist from the Centre de sante, for a free 4-week series about healthy living for stronger bones.
