Nov. 22 is National Housing Day—a time to recognize and support the work happening across Niagara to make sure everyone has a safe and stable place to live.
Niagara Region is taking action to increase housing options across the full range of needs through several key plans:
• Consolidated Housing Master Plan - a 25-year plan to finance and build more housing across Niagara. This includes doubling the number of community housing units by 2050. Learn more: https://bit.ly/3LKFMLg

• Post-Secondary Student Housing Strategy - looks at the unique housing needs of students in Niagara, supporting more purpose-built student housing and stronger partnerships between schools, cities and developers.
