It only seemed fitting that along with the new look of the studio space, the website and app would also get a makeover 🤭

Harmonia is now shifting fully to an on-demand video format 🎥 — but don’t worry, you’ll still have access to programs and challenges to keep you on track 🙌🏻

The new app also comes with fresh features like:

The 28-Day Summer Challenge is HERE ☀️🍉🌻⛱️

We start July 14 and I’m giving you the first 7 days FREE on YouTube 🎥✨

This challenge is designed to officially kick off the summer, get you moving and into a routine you can commit to, and most importantly feeling confident 🫶🏻

These classes are anywhere from 20-50 mins and you’ll need a set of light (3-5lbs) and heavy dumbbells (8lbs+), glute bands, yoga blocks and a squishy ball.

Weekly Class Schedule:
Monday: Full Body Sculpt
Tuesday: Abs & Assets
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: Full Body Sculpt
Friday: Power Core
Saturday: Full Body Mat
Sunday: Rest

Strength 🤝 pilates is a lethal combo but understanding WHY is just as important!

Pilates will not build muscle but you can still get stronger in a different way. Think: improved muscular endurance, core stability, mobility and body awareness.

Pilates is such a great asset towards strength training and can really take strength training to the next level. Think: better posture and alignment, mind to muscle connection, core activation, and movement efficiency.

But if your goal is to grow muscle, build power, or change body composition? This is where strength training comes in!

So if you’ve been feeling stuck and you’re not seeing the progress you want then maybe it’s time to switch up your routine and add in some strength x pilates to the mix 🩷
