🌸 Meet Diane! 🌸
For the past 10 years, Diane has been a cherished part-time member of the JJ Patterson Funeral Home team and a beloved part of the Arbor family. Her gentle spirit, creativity, and kindness bring comfort and care to everyone she meets.
🎨 When she’s not at the funeral home, Diane loves crafting with her four granddaughters—from handweaving and cardmaking to knitting and crocheting, her hands are always busy creating something special.
👑 Diane is also a proud former Rose Queen, having represented the City of Welland in 1977 with grace and pride. Today, she continues to give back through her work with The Fresh Start Project – Niagara, helping individuals transition into their first homes with dignity and support.
Diane’s warm heart and creative touch have made a lasting impact on both our team and the families we serve. We’re so lucky to have her with us.

🌟 Thank You for Helping Us Support The Hope Centre🌟

Over the last two Concerts on the Canal nights, the JJ Patterson team has been out raising funds for The Hope Centre, and thanks to your generosity, we raised $164! 🙌 With these funds, we were able to provide Back to School Snacks for families who need a little extra support this season. 🍎📚💕

We’ll be back again on August 22 and September 5th from 6:30–8 PM with fresh popcorn and water available for a minimum $2 donation. Every dollar raised goes directly to supporting the amazing work at The Hope Centre. 🎉🍿💧

Fluent in both English and French, Giselle is always ready to lend a helping hand — and she does it all with a smile that lights up the room. Her comforting presence makes her a truly cherished member of our team.

This past Friday evening, July 11, our team at JJ Patterson & Sons Funeral Residence had the pleasure of joining our amazing community for a night of connection and fundraising in support of The Hope Centre. 💛

We truly enjoyed sharing stories, laughter, and meaningful moments with everyone who stopped by. It was a heartwarming reminder of the strength and compassion that makes Welland so special.
