hello Kate followers. Kate is offering one on one unique yoga. I highly recommend this unique class. Tell Kate what you want to work on and she will tailor it to you. I thought I was so broken but Kate gave me hope, stretches and strengthening exercises that are a game changer! Literally a 1/3 of the cost of physio and complete with homework that you can easily do! God bless Kate for your dedication and understanding of the spine and body!
