There are many ways to smudge and clear energy. We can use Palo Santo /Sage Rosemary /Bayleaf, so many ways to clear our energy energy in our space. Oils like frankincense,myrrh also help. Be sure to open a window to allow all that is necessary to leave the home or the space in which you’re working in or create a direct system where you can send that energy to be transmitted and balanced.
