POSTURE & FULL BODY ENERGY BOOST: This workout will focus on posture - poor posture is common and often associated with aging, back pain and other issues affecting quality of life.  Addressing this issue not only makes people look more youthful, but gives more space to the organs and lungs - improving energy, health and overall wellbeing. As with every Essentrics workout, this one will balance strengthening and stretching equally throughout the entire body leaving you feeling looser and more energetic! All levels

I’m sharing this post from for 2 reasons…

Firstly, this statement expresses such a simple goal - but with much deeper values of maintaining freedom and independence as we age. Something most of us strive for!

Secondly, this lovely woman is someone who has been such an inspiration to me. After years of doing Essentrics regularly, she became a certified Essentrics instructor at age 68! She continues to teach at age 75. Some of you may have enjoyed her Essentrics classes at the West Island Cancer Wellness Center where she has volunteered over the years.

Proof that age is no barrier to greatness!

$12: If you’re already registered for 2 classes a week
$15: If you’re already registered for 1 class a week
$18: For anyone not registered for regular classes

These “pop-up” classes are announced 24-48 hours in advance.

They are ‘community classes’ and there is no cost, but registration is necessary as spots are limited.

Advanced notice of classes will be sent out by email. If spots are still available I will also post it on FB.

With DROP-IN classes you pay for only those you want to attend.....BUT, please make sure to reserve a spot beforehand (in case it's full).
