We’re in the final day of 2025 a season of shedding — and if the zodiac teaches us anything, it’s that growth often asks us to release what no longer fits.

Like the Snake, we’re shedding an old skin. With rising rent and shifting circumstances, it became clear that this space has completed its chapter — and that’s okay.

As we move into the energy of the Year of the Horse, we’re answering the call for freedom, momentum, and forward movement. The Horse reminds us not to stay tethered where energy feels stuck, but to move with courage, trust, and intention.

So yes — we’re leaving our current space.
And no — we’re not leaving the community.

We’re staying in the area and continuing to offer Yoga, Wellness & Reiki, choosing a path that supports our values, our nervous systems, and the lifestyle we teach.

This isn’t an ending.
It’s a shedding… and a powerful stride forward 🐍🐎✨

Over the past while, rising costs and increasing commercial pressures have made it clear that we don’t want to keep passing stress downstream to the very people this space exists for. Instead of raising prices and tightening access, we’re choosing a different path.

This is our quiet rebellion.
Our return to the roots.

What this means:
• Classes remain open to everyone
• No set price, no pressure
• A donation jar will be available for those who feel called to contribute cash as well as

• Give what you can — or simply come and practice

If you’ve previously purchased classes or passes, please know this: your support helped make this possible. You’ve already been part of sustaining this space and widening access, and we’re deeply grateful.

A big heartfelt thank you to all the caregivers and their little ones who joined our very first Breathe & Bond Yoga!

The room was filled with laughter, babbling, cuddles, movement, and love — exactly what this class is all about 💕

Breathe & Bond is a monthly class for new parents and their babies —
✨ A space to gently reconnect to your body, breath, and practice
✨ A space for baby to explore, giggle, nap, or snuggle — whatever they need
✨ A reminder that you’re not alone in this beautiful, messy, magical season
