One of my favourite aspects of yoga is the variety of ways that we can modify poses to fit our bodies. The full version of Warrior 3 (Virabhadrasana 3) has been a challenge for me because of tight lat muscles and limited mobility through my shoulders. I love that with the simple modification of bringing the hands together at heart center I can still do this pose and feel equally powerful and in balance with myself.
