Dr. Mike ND + Dr. Maddi ND recently attended the Canadian Association of Orthopaedic Medicine conference in Victoria, BC. With focuses in acute + chronic pain management and sports medicine, they are always keeping up to date with the newest research and treatments to help keep their patients pain free and doing what they love.

We are so excited to introduce the newest member of our WKIHC Team, Dr. Madison Arnold ND!✨

Dr. Maddi is a licensed Naturopathic Physician with a passion for helping and advocating for patients to feel and perform at their very best. With over 20 years of experience as both an elite athlete and coach, Dr. Maddi brings a deep understanding of the physical and mental demands of sport to her patient-centred approach to care.✨

Areas of Focus include:
- Pain management
- Sports medicine
- Ultrasound-guided advanced injection therapies (Prolotherapy/ PRP)
- Female athlete triad
- Hormonal support

Outside the clinic, Dr. Madison continues to train and compete at the national level in powerlifting, enjoys soaking up the Okanagan sunshine, trying new restaurants, and connecting with friends and family.✨

It’s that time again - we are excited to announce our next WKIHC Free Pelvic Health Day!✨Saturday, November 8!✨

If you’re new to following us, our Free Pelvic Health Day happens twice a year at the clinic. It’s a one day event where new & existing patients can book in for a pap exam + IUD placement checks, with our treatment fees waived for the day. This November will be our 9th time hosting this initiative for our community 🩵

Services we will be offering on this day include:

🩵 Cervical Screening (Pap) Exams - anyone between the ages of 25-69 with a cervix in need of an updated cervical screening (pap) exam is welcome to book

🩵 IUD Placement Checks - anyone with an IUD who has any concerns, and/or would like to confirm proper placement, is welcome to book

To book - please give us a call at 778-754-7644. It’s a first come, first serve basis and spots are limited. It always books up quickly! Our waitlist for the day has been called, so there are only a few spots left✨

When not in clinic, Tamra enjoys getting out into the great outdoors with friends - from mountain biking in the summer and snowboarding in the winter!
