There’s just something special about strong, driven women stepping into their next chapter 🤍

We are so excited to welcome Haley to the NEXT fam as she completes the final requirements of her Doctorate in Chiropractic 🎓

Over the next 3 months, she’ll be training alongside Dr. Cara — building her skills, gaining hands-on experience, and stepping fully into the kind of practitioner she’s meant to become.

Haley is a fellow Alberta girl from Calgary, with an undergrad from the University of Calgary and now finishing up at the University of Western States in Portland. She’s also an avid dancer and choreographer, and brings such an incredible energy and passion for movement, fitness, and health into the clinic.

We already know she’s going to do amazing things ✨

Please join us in welcoming Tracey Kellerman to Team NEXT ✨

Tracey is stepping into the role of Office Manager, working alongside Vanessa as co-managers to support the continued growth of the clinic.

Vanessa has been such an important part of building what NEXT is today, and bringing Tracey in to work alongside her felt like the right next step as we continue to grow. Together, they’ll be supporting our team, strengthening communication, and helping everything behind the scenes run more seamlessly.

Tracey brings years of experience managing multidisciplinary teams, along with a strong background in the insurance world — including ICBC — which adds an extra layer of support for both our team and our patients.

More than anything though, she brings a calm, steady, and genuinely caring presence. She’s a wife, a mom, and someone who naturally makes people feel supported — and that’s exactly the kind of energy we value here.

We feel really grateful to have her join us at such an exciting time.
