🎉🎉OFFICIALLY DOWN 18 POUNDS🎉🎉

Aidan is 6 months into her FIT BODY RESET signature program.

Being 43 and very busy working in the entertainment industry she was starting to feel the industry she’s in catching up with her.

Wanting to make lifestyle changes that included getting healthy and more fit. Dropping dress sizes and loving herself in the mirror again.

So we connected earlier this year and since joining our FIT BODY RESET signature program.

💥🔥SHE IS DOWN 18 POUNDS!!
💥🔥7 INCHES OFF HER WAIST!!
💥🔥23.5 INCHES OVERALL 😳

Previously, Aidan would indulge in the social aspect of things with eating out and drinking alcohol on a regular basis. Over time it started to add up.

Leaving her not feeling great with very low energy.

➡️She didn’t want a quick fix
➡️She struggled with what to eat and night time snacking
➡️She underate which affected her metabolism and hormones (thyroid)

✅But now she realized the importance of proper balanced nutrition and balanced meals. Lighting a 🔥 to her metabolism.

A few of Tia’s reactions after showing her how much progress she has made!

She told me there is no more pain in her knees like she used to have.

Not carrying around almost 30 extra pounds will definitely help with reducing aches and pains.

Happy is an understatement for sure.

Having fit into a whole new wardrobe is a good problem to have.

Karen's clothes are getting looser week after week.

SUPER MOM 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 works full time plus being a parent to her amazing children….needless to say she is a busy woman 💪

Licks, Bites and Tastes

No I'm not taking about something dirty 🤣

I'm taking about the little nibbles, licks and tastes you may have over the week therefore adding extra calories you probably don't realize you are having.

Whether it's finishing your children's food or at Costco eating the samples at the tasting booths.

Over a week it can add upto 500-1000 extra calories 😳and can/will stall progress...especially for ones that have a slower metabolism.

Something to think about when you see the samples or uneaten left overs on a plate.

I know that a lot of us have been brought up to not waste food or if you took that you need to eat all of it...

If you think about it this way...the money is already spent...if you eat your kids last few bites of food or just throw them in the garbage.

Makes no difference in terms of money...you will just be eating those extra calories that aren't needed.

Next time just dump it in the garbage instead of eating it 😉

Stress Relievers

According to the American Psychological Association, the most effective stress relievers are:
✅exercising / playing sports
✅reading
✅listening to music
✅praying / attending a religious service
✅spending time with friends / family
✅getting a massage
✅walking outside
✅meditation
✅yoga
✅engaging in a creative hobby.
The least effective stress relievers are:
❎gambling
❎shopping
❎smoking, eating
❎drinking
❎playing video games
❎surfing the internet
❎watching TV / movies for more than two hours.
Although we may use the second list as “stress-relievers”—because they feel so good in the short term—they don’t actually reduce stress effectively.

This is because these habits rely on dopamine to give us a “hit” of pleasure. Dopamine feels rewarding immediately, but because it’s an excitatory neurotransmitter, it actually stimulates adrenaline and initiates the stress response.

In contrast, the first list of habits boost neurotransmitters like serotonin, GABA, and oxytocin, which calm down the stress response and induce a feeling of wellbeing.

Although these activities aren’t initially as “exciting” as the second list, they’re ultimately more rewarding and more effective at relieving stress long-term.
