Today marks 27 months since I drank my first pack of ketones - the delicious and smooth Orange Dream (I emotionally identify with that 😂

It’s crazy to think that one little pack a day for 821 days has totally shifted my life for the better.

In ten days I felt like I could take on the world, well specifically cleaning my kitchen which is basically the same thing 😂, Dropped a Bunch of inches (look at my neck), and still feel like I can do anything.

Larissa has been a major inspiration. I remember when I first found these in 2017 I couldn’t believe my results.

1. You have a condition called insulin resistance.
2. You are not a failure because the hundreds of diets you tried did not work.
3. You are not greedy and lazy (eat too much and exercise too little).
4. Those diets all failed you
5. You are powerful and you can fix your health.
6. Don’t be your own worst critic.
7. Be kind to yourself.

Just because it says it’s Keto doesn’t mean it’s Keto?!?! Make sense? This has so many ingredients that aren’t good for the body. In a pinch better than a lot of things. But day to day you won’t get the results you would from a real whole food Keto diet!!

🍕 KETO PIZZA CHIPS 🍕

Ingredients:
☄️Organic Pepperoni slices
☄️Organic Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
☄️Organic Basil Seasoning

Directions:
🔅Preheat oven to 400 degrees
🔅Place Pepperonis on baking sheet
🔅Add a pinch of Shredded Mozzarella on top of each pepperoni
🔅Sprinkle on some Basil seasoning
🔅Bake for 8-10 minutes
🔅Remove from oven and allow to cool until crispy!

It’s Brain Awareness Week. Are you taking care of your brain?
June 30th 2009 I was biking home going down chebucto road Halifax towards Timberlea when I car cut me off. I was going around 50 km an hour and flew off my bike and over the front of the car where I literally landed in my face (head). I sustained brain trauma. I was nauseous, migraines, balances issues, deep perception off. I was told I was lucky to be alive. I’m so grateful that I read the book “why is my brain not working” four years later and I’m pretty much back to my old self. Something the doctors hadn’t given me hope for!!
