Helps Ontarians find sustainable employment through providing * assessment of skills, capabilities, interests and experience * job search strategies, including resume preparation and interview skills * information about different careers and occupations, the local labour market and employment/training opportunities * support in maintaining employment * guidance in navigating Employment Ontario programs and services, Second Careers * provide access to a variety of programs for students, youth and adults including incentives to hire and support for apprenticeships * assist in providing information and referrals to other community support services. Services provided by Elgin/St Thomas Youth Employment Counselling Centre (YECC) in partnership with Community Living Elgin, YWCA, VAWSEC, Elgin Oxford Legal Clinic, and Quad County.
