We went with Morpheus8. Tightening before filling might let you use less filler or avoid filling at all in some cases like this one. Morpheus8 gave her a more sculpted, lifted look. Less shadows in the two lines we want to minimize (nasolabial folds and marionette lines).

Filler maintenance is not cut and dry. Every 6-18 months is a blanket statement that's not wholly accurate

Filler maintenance will be dependent on several factors and should be assessed on a case by case basis while keeping some key points in mind:

🔑 filler in the deep fat pads of the cheeks can last decades

🔑 filler loses its "lifting" capacity over time as the bonds holding
HA together break down

🔑 re-treating an area leads to the compounding effect. This can
be beneficial for the consumer as you require less over time

🔑 filler that has led to poor outcomes can be dissolved

HA fillers remain an excellent tool in skilled, discerning hands. Overall, a multimodal approach focusing on collagen production and maintenance of healthy skin will lead to the best long term outcomes

Those who are open to surgical interventions may get superior and longer lasting results than non surgical interventions alone

Did you know Botox could go in all these places? You knew frown lines, forehead wrinkles and crow's feet... but you'd be surprised to learn other awesome things we use it for. 👇🏼

1️⃣ COBBLESTONE CHIN
The chin pulls, dimples, and appears bumpy when we speak. Cottage cheese chins aren't pretty. As we age the dimples and bumps become permanent fixtures of our chins. Your older self will thank you for this treatment.

✨ Pro tip: if you have chin filler, relax this muscle to get a longer duration and prettier result out of your chin filler.

2️⃣ PLATYSMAL BANDS
Ropey neck bands pop out as we age, detracting from an elegant neck. If you're investing into keeping your face looking fabulous please don't neglect your neck! The neck should match the face 💯
