DUE TO CURRENT COVID PROTOCOLS WE CANNOT TAKE NEW CLIENTS AT THIS TIME. Sharon Bidder is a Certified Shiatsu Therapist and owner of Soothing Hands Shiatsu.

Mobile shiatsu therapy providing pain relief and relaxation to people with injuries and chronic conditions in the comfort & convenience of their own home across the North Shore. However, we are looking forward to meeting new clients as soon as COVID restrictions permit. Whether you are an athlete, a tired mom, you sit at a desk or work your body hard all day, Sharon uses the gentle approach of shiatsu therapy to soothe away stiffness and pain. Shiatsu is a traditional Japanese technique of gently working with the natural pressure points of the body to provide pain relief and relaxation to men, women, children and seniors – anyone suffering from injury and chronic conditions. Sharon has a special gift for working with seniors, understanding the many conditions of ageing and taking the time and care required to ensure individual needs are met. Patients remain fully clothed during the treatment, so it’s great for anyone who is shy about their body.
