Position overview:
We are looking for a technician loves assisting our valued customers and clients who most of them are seniors; face to face or via phone or email. They come to us to have a health-related problem resolved by a product. Sometimes they have a recommendation from an occupational therapist, physiotherapist or a healthcare specialist and sometimes they don't. It is our job to assess the patient's situation and come up with some solutions. Sometimes, they need us to repair their equipment. Sometimes, we need to install an equipment at their homes. We need a creative technician who is able to repair mechanical and electronic equipment following the technical manuals and given instructions. This service is done either in our workshop or at our customer's.

Responsibilities: (are not limited to)
-Listening to the customer to understand their problems/needs
-Coming up with appropriate solutions based on their problems/needs
-Diagnosing and Repairing equipment
-Providing accurate estimate on the cost of repair and changing the parts
-Being able to order a new part for an equipment by using the product's service manual
-Following the technical instructions very carefully
-Answering questions about products; operation, maintenance and assemble (if applicable).
-Doing deliveries, installations, and assembles.
-Receiving and checking off orders

Key Qualifications:
*Education: college diploma, related certificates
*Previous technical experience is required
*Being Handyman and familiar with all tools especially drilling tile and drywall
*Basic knowledge about mechanical components & electronic circuits is an asset
*Worked in healthcare/medical environment or medical equipment experience is an asset
*Passionate about the human healthcare and exploring
*Familiar with computer, outlook and customer relation management software
*Must be able to develop and grow relationships with customers and professionals
* Effective interpersonal skills
*Communication skills; both oral and written
*Ability to efficiently organize time and manage priorities
*Reference/recommendation letters from previous employers
