Let’s talk Seed Cycling
Consuming specific seeds during the two main phases of the menstrual cycle helps to promote healthy balanced levels of estrogen and progesterone. Take 1-2 Tbsp per day of each respective seed, can be consumed on their own or added to yogurt, smoothies, salads etc. Organic if possible is best!
