In the middle of so many difficult and troubling news around the world, this beautiful moment of sportsmanship and humanity felt worth sharing. 🤍

At the Olympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026, figure skater Ilia Malinin finished outside the medals. Yet instead of focusing on his own disappointment, he immediately went to congratulate and embrace gold medalist Mikhail Shaidorov.

Later he said:
“Congratulating Mikhail wasn’t about the results. It was about the shared journey we take as athletes. Knowing that fans worldwide connected with that moment means more to me than any medal.”

That gesture moved people around the world and earned him the 2026 Fair Play Award.

It’s a beautiful reminder that beyond competition, titles, or results, we are all simply human beings sharing the same journey called life. At the end of the day, we all want the same two simple things:
Want to be happy and avoid suffering.

As this year comes to a close, I invite you to pause...
Pause to reflect on what this year taught us — through challenges, growth, and meaningful connections. Pause to be grateful.
I’m deeply grateful to everyone who shared positive information, human-centered proposals, and thoughtful perspectives. To the non-profit organizations doing essential work. To my karma teachers and to every person who chose to support someone in need, often quietly.

How are you going to close your 2025?
Here are some ideas:

Pay your debts.
Do what you promised you were going to do — there is still time!
Clean your space and your personal files.
Send peace to everyone — including yourself.
Recycle your clothes, give them to a cause.
Choose a new outfit — anything!
Toast with your favorite drink in a nice glass...
Choose what comes in and what stays out:
your attitude, your energy, your image.
And above all, thank yourself for your resilience because,
if you’re reading this… YOU MADE IT...One more year!
