The scale has so much power over so many of us. It can make a good day turn into a day focused on what we feel we did wrong to get to the weight that we’re at, what we should be doing differently, how we should be eating differently. The scale typically does not have the power to cause lasting changes. Feeling GOOD based on the changes you’ve made is what will - and you don’t need the scale to tell you that.
