2 YEARS! I'm beyond amazed and grateful and blown away that 2 years after it was published, people are still reading, enjoying, and gifting . I wrote this book for my friends and family but then a whole bunch of other people decided to read it, too. It makes me so proud that practitioners from all over the world have been incorporating BST into their bodywork practices.
