Breast implant revision surgery is usually more complex than primary breast surgery.

As a surgeon, you’re never sure what you’re going to find from the previous surgery so you have to be ready to adapt.

In her case, the main issue was that her implant pocket had way too much space laterally, causing her breasts to lose out on projection where she wanted it.

Thankfully, we were able to use an internal bra to correct most of that.

We also used a VERTICAL ONLY SCAR breast lift to address loose skin and the lower ni**le.

The consultation process is at least two meetings with the doctor, a couple rounds of inspo pics, and a lot of discussion about what is possible, safe, and how long your results will last.

There are several advantages to choose to put no implants and one of them is low maintenance. Implants needs to be changed and adjusted over time as they are foreign bodies. A lift alone can often last forever🍒
