Bayshore is bringing back Bucky the Beaver for a wellness adventure starting July 14th!

Bucky the Beaver, Bayshore's beloved mascot, stole our hearts during his unforgettable 2017 tour celebrating Canada's 150th birthday.

Now that he's back, Bayshore employees will be tracking steps as we virtually journey from Whitehorse to Iqaluit, discovering Canada's beautiful landscapes together! 🇨🇦

😴 Dormez suffisamment : Même si vous perdez une heure de sommeil, essayez d'aller vous coucher et de vous réveiller à peu près à la même heure que d'habitude.
☀️ Exposez-vous à la lumière du jour : La lumière du jour peut aider à réguler votre rythme circadien. Sortez dehors ou ouvrez vos rideaux le matin pour vous exposer à la lumière naturelle.
🏃 Faites de l'exercice : L'exercice physique peut également aider à vous réveiller et à vous sentir plus énergique.
