🕰️ Don’t forget: Clocks fall back Sunday, November 2nd, 2025!

If you’re a parent, “gaining an extra hour” doesn’t always mean more sleep (sadly 😭)! Children may wake earlier or take a few days to adjust.

Tips to help your child transition:

• Babies & toddlers: Keep naps & bedtime at usual times.
• Preschoolers+: Try a slightly later bedtime the night before, then gradually return to normal.

Tip: Keep bedrooms dark in the morning to avoid early waking.
