Our young patient presented to the office with constricted, tuberous breasts. This can be a challenging procedure and quite often I do them in two stages.

On the top picture, we see her preoperative state where the breast is very narrow and basically herniates into the ar**la.
The middle picture shows the result after the first surgery whereby the incision is made around the ar**la in order to push back all the tissue into the breast space.
The final picture is the surgery which was done several months later in order to insert the implant and expand the breasts to a more aesthetic appearance.
Couldn’t be happier for her!

Notre jeune patiente s’est présentée à la clinique avec des seins tubéreux et constricts. C’est une condition qui peut être complexe à corriger et qui nécessite souvent une approche en deux étapes.

Sur la première photo, on voit son état préopératoire : le sein est très étroit et fait essentiellement hernie au niveau de l’aréole.
La photo du milieu montre le résultat après la première chirurgie, où l’incision autour de l’aréole permet de repositionner les tissus dans l’espace mammaire.
La dernière photo illustre la deuxième intervention, réalisée quelques mois plus t**d, afin d’insérer l’implant et d’élargir les seins pour obtenir une apparence plus esthétique.
