Looking for a fresh, delicious dinner idea: fresh grilled Mahi-Mahi with a pineapple-mango salsa, side salad and sunny rice (rice with veggies and black beans). Delicious!

Your friends might be trying it, celebrities have promoted it - Does a Paleolithic diet improve weight status and body composition compared to other diet types?
• when compared with a Mediterranean-like diet, a Paleo diet did not result in any difference in body fat or lean body mass over 3 months.
• when compared with a low-fat/high fibre diet, eating a Paleo diet resulted in greater losses of both lean body mass and fat mass at 6 months, but the loss of fat mass was not maintained at 2 years.
• At this time, evidence is not strong enough to recommend the Paleo diet over other dietary patterns for the purpose of decreasing waist circumference or body fat.
