Eating keto and having headaches? Already drank your water but nothing seems to work try these we seem to be electrolyte deficient when we are fat burning machines 💪💪

Raspberry Lemonade Electrolyte Gummies
These raspberry lemonade electrolyte gummies are easy to make, are packed with protein and keto and kid friendly!

Ingredients
1 scoop Raspberry Lemonade ketone and a packet of our mitoplex
2 tbsp Gelatin
1 Lemon juiced
1 cup Water
1 Silicone Mold of choice
Instructions
Add 1 cup of water to a small sauce pan and sprinkle 2 tablespoons of gelatin in making sure none of it clumps. This helps the gelatin to "bloom" and will seem grainy at first, but whisk it until fully combined.
Next put the water and gelatin over low heat and keep whisking until gelatin fully dissolves into a clear liquid. It is important that the water is hot but not boiling.
Next, add gelatin liquid to a 2 cup measuring cup and whisk in the juice of one lemon and one scoop of electrolyte powder until fully combined.
Pour and portion into preferred silicone mold, and set in fridge for at least one hour before popping out of the molds and enjoying.
Store raspberry lemonade electrolyte gummies in fridge for up to 2 weeks.

Notes
If you have another flavor of electrolyte powder, simply omit the lemon juice and continue on with the recipe!

KETO CORN FRITTERS

Ingredients
3½ oz. cauliflower, cut into florets
1 egg
¼ tsp salt
2 tbsp coconut flour
1 tsp anise seeds, or fennel seeds.
½ cup coconut oil

Instructions
Pulse the cauliflower in a food processor until it has the texture of polenta, or coarse cornmeal.
Add the cauliflower, egg, salt, coconut flour, and anise seeds to a small bowl, and mix together with a spatula, until well combined.
Heat the oil in a small frying pan (about 7" or 18 cm) over medium heat.
Carefully scoop tablespoons of the cauliflower mixture into the oil, frying no more than 3 at once.
Fry until they turn golden brown, turning to cook evenly on both sides (about 2 ½ minutes per side).
Remove from the oil and place on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Serve immediately.
