What is Manual Osteopathic Therapy?

MOT is a full body alignment getting down to the root cause of the issues going on in your body. A full body assessment is performed to determine the structural and functional imbalances within your body to tailor a treatment specifically for you. A variety of techniques can be used to treat your body such as osteoarticulations, visceral manipulation, manual lymphatic drainage, craniosacral and myofascial release. All of the techniques are gentle yet very effective and designed to promote healing within the body’s systems.

New Hire! ✨

Sooo excited to announce that Trisia will be working for Align starting June 11th! I have been mentoring Trisia over the last month practicing techniques on clients together and getting her ready to take on clients herself! She graduated from Vicars School of Massage in October 2024. She will be working Wednesday mornings starting in June and will then add Friday evenings and Saturdays starting in July.

It’s been super fun training Trisia and seeing her transform into her own style with the same therapeutic values as myself! I’m so excited to watch her grow and guide her along her journey of being an exceptional, passionate Massage Therapist! She currently is accepting new clients for Massage Therapy and Rachel will be accepting new clients for Osteopathy only!

In the meantime, if any of my current clients would like to be a training body for us to practice on in the future, please let me know! To book with Trisia please DM on social media as direct online booking will not be permitted. You can use this link to see any current availability!
