About your instructor, Sifu Eric Satre, has been practicing Yang Style Tai chi and Qi gong for the last 9 years from his mentor Grand Master Harold Vilcu of Vilcu's Karate Klub located in Weyburn, Saskatchewan. For over a decade, Eric suffered back and chronic pain conditions, as much western medicine has supported in alleviating some symptoms, the conditions remained. The journey to regain his mobility and be pain free began taking up Tai chi/Qi gong as low impact form of exercise. Little did he know when he stepped foot in the dojo it was first step into recovery and lifelong journey of learning. To introduce the healing techniques of Chinese Medical philosophy of using Qi (the bodies own healing lifeforce) to a wider audience, Sifu Eric is now teaching Qi gong exercises and principles at Higher Conscious Connections.

Hi Everyone, due to some life changes over the last couple months, I am unable continue running my Qigong class. Would very much like to thank Colleen at Higher Conscious Connections for providing me an opportunity and rental space to work out the last few years.

And lastly thank you to those that attended, very much enjoyed teaching you all.

Hi Everyone,

Quick update for classes, this Thursday (June 27th) is cancelled due to the Credit Union Band and BBQ, please go enjoy this local event.

I'll be taking July off for our Thursday nights sessions and starting back up after August long weekend at the usual time of Thursday Aug 8th 7:30 pm. I'm hoping to do a pop up somewhere during July in one of the parks or at the shop, please check back on this page for updates.
