Intro to Powerlifting

Friday nights from 7-8:15 and Sundays from 5:30-6:45.

The Intro to Powerlifting is eight training sessions focused on technique and learning the three powerlifting movements, squat, bench press and deadlift. It is a great opportunity for anyone aged 8-80+ to try powerlifting, learn technique, and see what the sport is like. Brand new to the gym or people needing to get some work on their technique will enjoy the session.
