An update from Leah regarding her yoga classes

Hello beauties!

It's been a while and oh how I've missed you! Thank you all for your patience as I took some much needed time for me over the summer months. Talk about quantum leaps 😁😆 Anyways.....let's get down to the real real.

I've always been known to go with the flow, which has directed me to where I am today. My passions have guided me back to where I'm needed most right now, and that is working with families ☀️

As some of you know, I've been continuing my learning in Early Childhood Education, including a variety of holistic wellness courses. This year has already been busy, as I am jam packed with classes 5 days/week. Diploma 2026, here I come! ✨️

I also recently accepted an interim position at my full-time workplace, which started today. The workload is much more demanding and requires me to be fully present. I am grateful 🙏

With all of the recent shifts that have been happening in my world, I am unable to offer my Mindful Yoga classes this year. I do appreciate all yogis & yoginis who have supported me over the years. I do hope to meet you on the mat in the near future 🧘‍♀️

I am currently booking private sessions towards the end of November as I will still offer 1 on 1 sessions and small group events based on availability. So, if you are looking for a Sound Bath, energy healing/work, readings/clearings, yoga/mindfulness/breathwork, for yourself, your child(ren), your business or with a few friends or colleagues, I am happy to continue to be of service 😊
