Dream Come True

That’s what this place is to me. It all started back in about 2009 when I decided to do something with all the time and money I had invested in health and fitness over the years. I could see that there was a need in helping people take back control of their own health. So many people were sick and tired of being sick and tired! It seemed that the “medical pros” were more often than not making people more and more unhealthy with all the meds they prescribed. And, while it had probably taken quite a few years for a person to get into the condition they were in, I knew that there was always potential for things to get better without all these meds. To often the meds made things worse or the side effects of the medication led to another prescription. Here at ProActive Health and Fitness we work very hard to help you and motivate you to make small, gradual, and most importantly, consistent changes in your lifestyle that will give you real, lasting results in your health! We provide; reflexology/deep muscle therapy, a full line of health supplements and products from 6 different companies, a fully equipped weight room and separate cardio area, classes and individual personal training with basic nutritional counselling all in an awesome facility with great people to help you any way we can! Yup, it’s a dream come true!
