Fall FASCIA RELEASE Workshop Series
Explore Biotensegrity Through Embodied Movement
Join us for a transformative series focused on unlocking the body’s natural intelligence through fascia-focused practices. This immersive experience blends movement, somatic awareness, and hands-on techniques to explore the intricate web of fascia and its role in whole-body health.
In this series, we will explore:
🔹 What is Fascia? What is Tensegrity?
Understand the connective tissue that supports your body and how tensegrity shapes our structural integrity and movement efficiency.
🔹 Biotensegrity in Motion
Experience how the body self-organizes through dynamic tension and fluid movement using props, foot & body rolling, and myofascial release tools.
🔹 Somatic Practices for Nervous System Regulation
Incorporate Polyvagal Theory to deepen awareness and activate the parasympathetic response for healing and integration.
🔹 Anatomy Trains
Trace fascial lines of connection across the body to better understand posture, compensation patterns, and embodied alignment.
🔹 Tools for Deep Embodiment
Use of mudras, sound, breath, and intentional awareness to deepen the mind-body connection and promote inner listening.
This series is designed for anyone seeking to move with greater ease, clarity, and resilience—whether you’re a mover, bodyworker, yogi, or curious human.
Let your fascia unwind, your nervous system settle, and your body come alive from the inside out.

Sharing public classes I’m teaching at Yogacara throughout the month of August.
After a couple of weeks away I’ll be back teaching Restorative on Monday evenings.
I love offering restorative to offer a supportive practice for body, mind and nervous system. Sharing specific breathing and relaxation practices.
I’ll also be teaching Hatha Core on Fridays & a couple of Tuesdays. Excited to have the opportunity to offer this core focused practice. Modifications are offered throughout these classes to find, fire up, strengthen, and stabilize your core connection.
