This month, I’ve partnered with Parkinson Society BC in leading a virtual Series designed to support people living with Parkinson’s through gentle, accessible movement.

Using the support of a chair, we move through seated and standing yoga, breathwork, affirmations, and guided relaxation—creating a safe and supportive space to connect with your body.
