Meet Danya 🕊️
With a background in therapeutic recreation, Danya has spent years creating wellbeing programs across diverse communities. Her yoga journey became deeply personal when she learned to adapt the practice to support her own body—bringing less pain, a calmer mind, and a lighter spirit.
Inspired by this transformation, Danya now shares yoga in inclusive, accessible ways—especially for those who don’t always feel represented in traditional yoga spaces. Teaching since 2016 and certified as a C-IAYT Yoga Therapist in 2024, she supports nervous system regulation, chronic pain, neurological conditions, recovery, and energy-limiting conditions through one-on-one and small group sessions.
At Hummingbird Yoga, healing is gentle, therapeutic, and human.
