Hi, Folks:

We hope you are and your families are well.

Dr. Patrick Shuen & Dr. Keith Ray are practicing Monday to Saturday again. Many procedures are implemented to ensure everyone’s health and safety concerns regarding Covid-19 are alleviated. This includes, but not limited to having only one chiropractor and one patient in the office at a time to meet physical distancing requirements, enhanced cleaning and time intervals between patients and screening patients in the phone previous to booking an appointment as well as at the appointment. Theresa Oswald, Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) is also available for massage therapy appointments on Saturday.

All practictioners will be wearing PPE. Patients are encouraged to also wear masks.

Please call the office at 604-932-1922 to book an appointment. Treatment will occur by appointment only. Walk-in treatments are not available.

Hello Everyone:

Dr.Patrick Shuen is available Tuesday & Thursday for chiropractic care for the following:

1) An acute condition such as when a person has an acute condition that, without care, would severely limit him or her from activities of daily living, and (or the patient has an acute condition that requires immediate attention to relieve pain or because his or her daily activities are severely limited)

2) The patient is in a sub-acute condition that if left untreated would be vulnerable to an acute flare-up that could leave them severely physically limited from basic daily activities.

Whistler Chiropractic has taken appropriate measure to ensure your health and safety while visiting the clinic such as, but not limited to:

-screening all patients for any travel or illness in the previous 2 weeks

-having 15 minute intervals between patients to ensure there is only one person in the clinic at a time and to have time to sanitize all relevant surfaces

-the doctor is wearing PPE and will change PPE between patients.

The hours and days of availability are intermittent and sporadic. If you would like to make an appointment, please call the office at 604-932-1922 to leave a message. Dr. Shuen will return your message within a day or two.

Please note that St. Andrew’s House, the building in which Whistler Chiropractic is located, is physically locked and closed to the public; there will be no walk-in availability. If you have an appointment, you will be met by Dr. Shuen at the front door to the building.

Hi Folks:

In keeping with current health guidelines, the office is currently closed, possibly until Saturday, March 28. Upon the possible re-opening, there will likely be only one chiropractor available at a time from Monday-Saturday. Appointments will be scheduled 30 minutes apart so that only one patient will be at the office at a time during each 15 minute treatment period and extra time will be available to wipe everything down between patients.

Please, if you feel sick, or have any of the following symptoms such as, but not limited to cough, shortness of breath, sore throat or fever, you should not leave your residence regardless of your back, neck or other musculoskeletal aches. If you have travelled internationally in the past two weeks or reside with some who has travelled in the past two weeks, please wait until that two week period has past before coming to the office.

We here at Whistler Chiropractic are experts at treating your musculoskeletal complaints through chiropractic manipulative techniques. Chiropractic has not been scientifically proven to boost your immune system or treat infectious diseases.

Wishing everybody happy and healthy holidays!! The Office will be open during the holidays so come on in for an end of the year chiropractic tune-up. We also have Theresa Oswald RMT in on Saturday for massage.

We are looking for one to two part time receptionists to join our team ASAP for 2 - 4 days a week with the occasional extra days available for vacation coverage.
