Try eating a solid breakfast (protein + fiber) even if you don’t feel hungry yet. Also, I don't know who needs to hear this but a salad and a yogurt are not a complete lunch.

Do the above and your body (and your cravings) will stop playing catch-up at night.

Nobody’s asking you to take a bunch of plates off the leg press, but if you're using a pin-selected machine and resting longer than 1 minute (which everyone should be doing anyway), allow others to work in.

You might even make some friends along the way.

💪🏼 Quality over quantity!

If you’ve been training consistently 3-4 days per week, and your nutrition and recovery are on point but you’re not seeing results, training effort is your #1 issue.

Chances are, if you really push yourself closer to failure, you’ll discover you’ve been leaving at least 5 good reps in the tank on every exercise.

Adding more junk training volume won’t fix that—it’ll probably make it worse.

Address that, and you’ll start improving.
