12-week transformations are a scam.

Faster results on the front end can provide a super-motivating start to a longer-term strategy but you're not gonna build any of the habits needed to maintain those results without YEARS of practicing, failing, and learning from it.

The hardest part wasn't the gym or the perfect nutrition plan. It was slowly chipping away at my terrible lifestyle habits and challenging the bu****it stories that I kept telling myself.

It takes time and reps to gradually shift your beliefs and identity.

You only get one body and that time will pass regardless, so buckle in and enjoy the ride.

The real reward is the journey.
