As I wrap up my .fascial.integration series next weekend, I've been reflecting on how much has changed.
When I started this program, I was looking for something to spark a little passion back into my practice. I was dual registered, as busy as I wanted to be, but I'd lost some of my excitement for the work.
The deep dives into fascial anatomy brought me back. 🤓
Not because they gave me the "best" techniques, but because they helped me better understand the body and clarified how I work best as a practitioner.
Over the last few years, alongside this program, I've completed certifications in orthopedic acupuncture, electroacupuncture, and dry needling, assisted with seminars, and this November I'll be co-teaching my first course with .
Looking back, I can see that this program didn't just teach me anatomy. It helped me reconnect with my curiosity. It gave me direction. It helped me integrate years of learning into a practice that feels aligned, clear, and genuinely exciting to show up for every day.
None of which would have happened if I didn't follow the pull to keep learning.
