It’s time for us to redefine how we engage with our wellness practices & rediscover the value of commitment and consistency. Especially as the fluctuating energy of fall (vata season) approaches.

Introducing Online Yoga Bootcamp - a series 12 (75 minute) classes long, in a closed group. This will be a progressive and intentional series.
Not bootcamp in that it is hard, but bootcamp in that it is consistent.

Expect Asana(shapes), Pranayama(breath), Mythology, Philosophy, & Meditation, as well at little rituals and exercises to carry you through the spaces between our group sessions and deepen your home practice.

The series begins October 12th. It is $155 for the 12 classes & in-between exercises.

I often get enquiries about my “women’s programs” and “retreats for girls”. This is a misconception - I guess the wellness space has an assumption of being a women’s only space? And yes, most of my clients typically are women. But, today I got a message from someone asking if men were allowed to join. My heart lifted.

I love the movement back to connection and community in women centric spaces over the last few years.

AND I want Men to be well too.

So grab the men in your life and let’s head to the into the mountains. 🤸🏽
