🍁🦃 Thanksgiving Buffet Celebration! 🦃🍁

Today, residents and their families gathered for our annual Thanksgiving Buffet — and what a wonderful afternoon it was! The dining team outdid themselves with a delicious spread, and the room was filled with laughter, love, and plenty of sweet treats!🥧

We heard so many wonderful comments about how great the food was — thank you to our amazing culinary team for making the day extra special! 💛

A big thank-you to everyone who joined us to celebrate the season of gratitude together.

Yesterday, our residents enjoyed a beautiful fall leaves tour to Bobcaygeon! They stopped for a delicious lunch — and of course, couldn’t resist some Kawartha Dairy ice cream before heading back.

We kicked off our Friendsgiving celebration with a refreshing morning walk, then warmed up in our Bistro Café with cozy fall treats. After lunch, everyone enjoyed lively entertainment and our fun pie stand, followed by a social hour filled with games and laughter.

The day ended perfectly with a special Friendsgiving Dinner, shared with friends, smiles, and gratitude. 🧡

🇮🇹 Chef’s Italian Adventure: Champagna 🇮🇹

Our culinary travels through Italy continued as Chef Alex brought us to the region of Champagna from his recent vacation. 🗺️✨

Chef cooked a delicious traditional pasta dish with pork 🍝 right in front of us, perfectly paired with a glass of regional red wine 🍷. To finish, we indulged in a light and flavorful pastry filled with ricotta and a hint of limoncello 🍋.
