Vegetable Stir-fry for last nights dinner with some of my fav items. Quinoa which we haven’t had in a really long time and Bragg’s Soy sauce, which is a natural alternative to regular soy sauce with less sodium.

My kids love sugar and carbs, so when I can give them GF items I do...such as in cereal, waffles, crackers and pasta. That was there system isn’t overloaded with WHEAT.

This granola is really low in sugar, which is hard to find. I used Almond Milk, and that fruit bowl is way too big 🤷🏼‍♀️

Portion control....we all struggle with it...this is a great visual of what your plate should look like.

It’s really simple & easy to make foods that are filling & heathy....sometimes boring, but looks for other ways to make things exciting and new.

If you are working on a goal...you can eliminate the grains for 1 or 2 meals only.

The amount of times a day I feed these guys, clean the kitchen and unload the dishwasher is unreal!

I have them use their water bottles as if they were at school. We were going thru too many cups and I’m not worried about them spilling all.the.time.
