Here, we’re demonstrating Active Assisted Range of Motion for Shoulder Abduction using a cane, moving into Active Range of Motion. Then, we demonstrate a couple of strengthening progressions: isometric to using a weight.

A few of our staff members here at North Whitby Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic participated in this year’s Ride for Refuge! 🙌🏼

We raised funds & completed a 6 km walk in support of Oshawa’s Back Door Mission—an organization that diligently works to provide primary health care and social services to individuals facing homelessness.
