At Princess St, Dr. Perry, Dr. Jenn, & Dr. Branton have a handful of appointments available! Physiotherapist Lucas is booked today, but has a waitlist!

In the meantime, here are a few snow removal & post snowmageddon essentials to help you recover and prevent injury:

🔥 Use heat or ice – Ice for inflammation, heat for tight, aching muscles
🪑 Watch your posture – Keep your spine neutral and avoid twisting when lifting
