We are so beyond excited to announce the launch of PEMF Physical Vascular Therapy by BEMER.

BEMER is an FDA and Health Canada registered consumer medical device that has partnered with NASA and can improve microcirculatory blood flow by up to 30%.

BEMER devices use a pulsed electromagnetic field – abbreviated as PEMF – to deliver a patented therapeutic signal. The BEMER signal helps improve the impaired pumping movements of small and very small vessels to promote needs-based distribution of blood and improving healthy microcirculation.

Dr. Rhea Mehta, PhD
Environmental Toxicologist & Healthcare Innovator

Dr. Rhea Mehta, PhD joins our Markham clinic as an environmental toxicologist and healthcare innovator who is committed to helping people unlock their healthiest potential and live a more joyful life. She holds a PhD in Molecular Toxicology and Nutritional Biochemistry from the University of Toronto, a Bachelor’s in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Waterloo and a certificate in integrative health coaching from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

Rhea is the founder of Global Smoothie Day, an inclusive wellness movement to inspire health ownership, co-founder of Bowhead Health, a privacy-first health data management platform, co-founder of Reset, a wellness-inspired Canadian adult summer camp and digital detox, and a featured member of the Mind Body Green Collective of global health and wellness experts, owing to her years writing for the platform and contributing as a thought leader in environmental toxicity. In her spare time, Rhea practices and teaches breathwork and kriya-kundalini yoga from the ancient Himalayan Vedantic Tradition.

Rhea’s program at the clinic is designed to help our patients identify and eliminate toxins within their homes and lives that present as stress in the body and mind. She will also work with our patients to seed short and long term health goals and design a flexible daily routine that enables these goals to come to life.

Dr. Stephanie Trgachef ND
Woman’s Health Focus

Dr. Trgachef ND completed her Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology with honours at the University of Toronto, where she developed a special interest in natural health. She participated in a research placement at The Hospital for Sick Children which further broadened her knowledge about the importance of exercise, nutrition, and evidenced based medicine for chronic disease and overall wellness. In 2019, Dr. Trgachef ND graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, where she received her Doctor in Naturopathic Medicine. She has been in practice for 1 year, and has special interests in treating hormonal disorders, gastrointestinal disturbances, metabolic syndrome and mental health.
